About Dr Katie
Katie Molloy is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. She practices Traditional Chinese acupuncture and herbal medicine, as well as Five Element Acupuncture.
Katie trained in Melbourne and Nanjing and has extensive experience in private practice, working with women, men and children of all ages. She is passionate about integrative medicine, with a special interest in women’s health and family planning, infertility and IVF support; autoimmune disease; digestive disorders and psycho-emotional problems. She believes in the importance of restoring balance in every aspect of a person’s life, nurturing physical and emotional awareness; working with patients to make lifestyle and dietary adjustments to complement Chinese medicine treatment where necessary.
Katie holds a double bachelor degree in Chinese Medicine and Human Biology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Of her five years training at RMIT she spent two years practicing under supervision at the RMIT student clinic. She completed her internship at the Nanjing Jiangsu Provincial Hospital in China, furthering her clinical experience and enthusiasm for integrated healthcare.
